If something has gone wrong and normal support hasn’t fixed it, this is the formal route — with deadlines we are legally bound to meet.

Our deadlines

• We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours
• We resolve it within 15 days of receipt
• Requests to remove content showing someone in a sexual or impersonated form are actioned within 24 hours

What to raise here

• A profile impersonating you, or using your photographs
• Content about you that you want removed
• Harassment that continued after you blocked and reported
• A data request — access, correction, or erasure — that wasn’t honoured
• A payment dispute you couldn’t settle with support
• Any decision of ours you believe was wrong, including an account removal

What to include

Email codecypher007@gmail.com from the address on your account, with:

• Your name and the email your account uses
• What happened, and what you want done
• Anything that helps us find it — a profile link, a screenshot, a payment reference

Signed-in members can also raise a grievance from inside the app, which reaches the same queue and starts the same clock.

If you’re still not satisfied

For data protection matters you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. For content and intermediary matters, to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. For anything criminal, contact the police on 112 or the National Cyber Crime portal (cybercrime.gov.in, helpline 1930) — you do not need to wait for us first.
