Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of milmilap, operated by Dentospire Technologies LLP. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use milmilap

You must be 18 or older. You must use your own identity — your real name, your own photographs, and truthful information about yourself. One person, one account.

We may refuse, suspend or remove any account at any time if we believe it is fake, impersonating someone, operated by a minor, or being used to harass, defraud or solicit.

2. What we are, and what we are not

milmilap is an introduction service. We do not conduct background checks, criminal record checks, or identity verification beyond reviewing the photographs people upload. A verified photo badge means a photo was reviewed — not that a person is safe.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, including any decision to share personal information or meet in person. Please read our safety guidance before meeting anyone.

3. Membership and payment

Browsing, liking and replying to messages are free for everyone. Men require a paid membership to send the first message; women do not pay. New male accounts receive a free trial period, after which sending the first message requires an active membership.

Memberships are for a fixed term and do not auto-renew. Your membership simply ends when the term does. Prices are shown before you pay. See our refund policy.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate anyone, or use photographs of a person who is not you
  • Harass, threaten, or send sexual content to anyone who has not invited it
  • Ask members for money, investments, or financial help of any kind
  • Advertise, recruit, or promote any service
  • Share another member’s photographs, messages, or contact details
  • Use automated tools to create accounts, scrape profiles, or send messages

We limit how many messages you can send to someone who has not replied. This is deliberate, and we will not remove it on request.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photographs and text. You grant us a licence to store and display them on milmilap for the purpose of running the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain something to comply with law or to handle a report.

Photographs are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may reject any photograph.

6. Blocking, reporting and removal

Every profile carries a block and a report control. Blocking is immediate and mutual. Reports are reviewed by a person. We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these terms, without refund where the breach is serious.

7. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting removes your profile, photographs and messages from the service. Some records are retained where required — see the privacy policy.

8. Fraud, and the limits of what we can do

We are not responsible for the conduct of members, and we cannot recover money you send to one. milmilap facilitates introductions. It does not vet character, verify employment or income, check criminal records, or guarantee that anyone is who they claim to be.

Never send money to another member — for a medical emergency, a stuck parcel, customs or visa fees, a business opportunity, or an investment or trading app. This is the most common fraud on dating platforms in India and it always follows weeks of convincing conversation. No genuine member will ask you for money. If someone does, stop, send nothing, and report them.

If you are defrauded, report it to us and to the police — 112, or the National Cyber Crime portal at cybercrime.gov.in (helpline 1930). We will act on the account and assist a lawful investigation, but we cannot reverse a transfer you made yourself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentospire Technologies LLP is not liable for the conduct of any member, online or offline, for any meeting arranged through the service, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
